AMS PowerProbe 9630 - DPT and HSA all in the same rig!

This 18,000-pound combo rig is designed for quick assessment projects. With its 550 Ft-Lb hammer (175 Ft-Lb is industry standard), it will pound through difficult subsurface conditions considered refusal with a standard DPT rig. After collecting multiple continuous core, water, or vapor samples this PowerProbe can rapidly be switched over to Hollow Stem Auger (HSA) drilling to install traditional 2 inch or 4 inch monitoring wells. AND, this rig has twice the torque (5,000 Ft-Lbs) of other similar rigs. In summary, RSI's PowerProbe Combo rig is ideal for a combination of DPT and HSA drilling needs with one mobilization.
